Fulfillment and Refund Policies

Refund Policy

  1. No Refunds: We do not provide refunds as a standard policy. All payments are final.
  2. Exceptional Cases: If you forgot to cancel your subscription, an automatic payment was processed that you did not intend to make, and you did not access Clappia at all during the previous billing period, you may be eligible for a refund.
  3. Requesting a Refund: If you believe you qualify for a refund, please notify us at accounts@clappia.com within 14 days of the billing date. We will review your request and issue a refund if eligible.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  2. Effective Date: Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after the cancellation is effective.
  3. No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for cancellations made during the billing period. You will continue to have access to Clappia until the end of the current billing cycle.
