Edit Profile

This article will help you to edit your Clappia profile.

I. Edit Profile

1. Verify Email

Step 1

Log in to your Clappia account.

If your profile is not updated, you will get a display on the top of your dashboard saying your profile is incomplete with a link to update the profile. Click on the link.

OR

You can also edit your profile by clicking on the Profile button on the bottom part of the left panel.

Step 2

Click on Edit Profile and a right panel for editing will appear with the following options - ‘Edit Profile’, ‘Edit Password’ and 'Delete Account'.

Email - Click on the Verify button to start the process of your email verification.

Step 3

After clicking on the Verify button a notification appears on the top right side saying 'A verification link has been sent.'

Step 4

Check your email for the verification link. Click on the link.

‍

A new Clappia window appears with the message 'Your email address has been verified successfully.'

2. Verify Phone Number

Step 1

Add & verify phone number - Select your country code and enter your phone number. Click on Send OTP. A message saying 'OTP has been sent to your registered mobile number' will be displayed on the top right corner.

Step 2

Enter the OTP and click on verify.

‍

Step 3

A message saying 'Your phone number has been updated' will be displayed on the top right corner upon successful verification.

II. Edit Password

‍Edit Password: Click on Edit Password and a right panel for editing will appear.

Enter New Password - Enter your new password.

‍Confirm New Password - Re-enter the new password and click on save.

III. Delete Account

Click here if you want to delete your account. Follow the steps here for account deletion.
