Upgrade to Premium

You can upgrade your Workplace to premium plans and set the number of licenses to purchase. The pricing is per user basis, that is 1 license per user. By purchasing licenses, more users will be able to use the apps created by you to collaborate better.

Note: Workplaces created between November 25, 2024, and December 19, 2024, will retain the old pricing structure, which includes Builder Licenses. Under this structure, upgrading to a paid plan requires purchasing at least 1 Builder License, with 0 or more User Licenses. For any queries regarding this plan, you can reach out to Clappia Support.

All other Workplaces created outside this period will follow the latest pricing structure mentioned on the Pricing page.

When a new Workplace is created, it will automatically be on the Free Plan, and you can upgrade at any time. If no upgrade is made, you can continue using the Free Plan. 

‍Here are the steps to Upgrade your Workplace and buy licenses:

Upgrade to Premium

Click the Upgrade button on the left panel (visible on the dashboard after a few days from creating the workplace) or by following the steps below:

Navigate to Billing tab

Click on Workplace Settings on the left panel of your dashboard.

Upgrade to Premium

In the Billing tab, click on the Update Plan button.

Select the plan that you need (Starter, Professional).

‍Update the number of licenses you need (number of users), select the billing frequency and click on the Update button.

Update the State for billing.

Proceed to payment.

Once the payment is successful, go back to your users tab in Workplace Settings. You will be able to add more users to your Workplace and assign them roles as needed:

  • Workplace Manager (manage the entire workplace)
  • App Builder (can build apps but no access to workplace settings)
  • User (can only use apps assigned to them)
